An interview with Miss Maine Teen USA

Q. What made you enter the pageant?

A. A few years ago, my older sister enter the Miss Maine Teen USA pageant and watching her compete inspired me to give it a try.

Q. What was the most difficult thing about preparing for the state pageant?

A. Probably making sure I had everything I needed to perform successfully.

Q. What advice do you have for girls who are thinking of entering the Miss Teen USA state pageant?

A. I would say if you are interested, do it! and make the best of it. The entire Maine Teen USA staff is wonderful so just do your best, and enjoy yourself.

Q. What were you thinking when they called your name as the new Miss Maine Teen USA?

A. My heart skipped a beat! I was in shock for a second, and then absolutely overwhelmed with joy! It was the best moment ever!

Q. What do you look forward to most in the upcoming year?

A. All the new opportunities and to accomplish a lot!

Q. Where do you currently live?

A. Saco

Q. What is your educational status?

A. I am a junior at Thorton Academy and an honor roll student.

Q. What is one other accomplishment, other then the state pageant that you are particularly proud of?

A. Their are many but being selected to model for Jovani is one of my favorite! It was a great time.
